that being said that female officer was an idiot for waiving that gun around that way and sticking it out at him and then had ZERO control of the physical altercation after it started. She is a risk to her partner and the others around her.

BTW, that female cop came close to getting herself and who knows how many others killed by letting him het his hands on her gun. If not for her partner, that situation would have gone bad in a hurry.

If he was black that argument would have already been made despite the fact his hand was still on the first officers gun.
When deadly force is appropriate you apply it until the offender is no longer a threat to safety. still having a hand on a gun is still a threat.

Yeah, she could have killed the male officer by her actions. If you pull a gun, be prepared to use it. She needs to be taken off patrol.

After watching the video, did she need to pull her weapon? The guy who was shot didn't appear to be acting violently to warrant a gun being pulled.
