Draw no conclusions from what you just saw.

Did he have any CDs to sell?

I'd love to see a cop throwing a bike at someone as the family said happened.
Little known fact. Bike police are taught to use the bike between themselves and a suspect as a barrier but they are also taught to throw it at someone to create distance and a distraction if things go sideways. Sounds like that happened.

He obviously has a gun and fires off a round into a crowd. I'm sure the story the police gave was correct, if he would fire a shot into a crowd of innocent people then he would definitely fire at police, in which case he deserved to die

That gun was probably planted on him by police that premeditated to kill someone that night....
Probably somehow attached to that bike the police tossed at him. Pretty impressive work by APD to plant it without anyone noticing. They even doctored some videos that show the incident prior to add what looks like him with a gun.

black people live in Austin?

These Austin fight videos are always such good quality

at the 2:53 mark, did someone fire a shot or did that white guy in the background (that jumps in the air) throw something on the ground?

I gather there is a group repping the Hoover Crips from H23D (78723 zip code, Northeast Austin, hence all the Eastside chants) and another group is from Houston. The group from Houston may be being antagonized because they're blood (I can't really tell what hand gestures they're making, but a lot of them are wearing red), or maybe just because they're from H-Town. The guy in the blue shorts fires a gun in the air which is not captured on this footage, but it is captured on the HALO (High Activity Location Observation) camera system used by APD and they quickly issue a description. As he is fleeing, his gun goes off, whether or not it was intentional is unclear from different witness accounts. APD opens fire on him shooting him 6 times. He was 24, boasted about being Hoova Blue and rapped about cops killing black folk. He leaves behind two sons and more racial tension in this city. I probably got some details wrong, but hopefully that helps people get an idea of what happened

and he was the one who was shot and killed by police.
Yeah the YouTube video is fricking IMAX quality and the guy who got got clearly holds the grip of a pistol that is in his waistband at the very beginning of the video. Wow.

Any reason why black people like to hold their crotch when they're about to fight? It's weird AF

A 2014 University of Texas study stated that Austin was the only U.S. city with a fast growth rate between 2000 and 2010 with a net loss in African-Americans. As of 2014, Austin's African-American and Non-Hispanic White percentage share of the total population is declining despite the absolute number of both ethnic groups increasing. Austin's Non-Hispanic White population first dropped below 50% in 2005. The rapid growth of the Hispanic and Asian population has outpaced all other ethnic groups in the city.[91]

Austin is getting good at this cover-up stuff

I get being indifferent, but the obvious joy some of you experience when a black guy is killed is disturbing. I mean, can we not all agree that somebody getting shot and killed on one of the most popular streets in America is not a good thing, no matter who was at fault?

They cinch up their pants. That's a dead give away they are about to throw. If you are in a situation and you see them cinch up their pants, just go ahead and take 'em or you'll absorb the first blow. Once you are on the ground, the finishers come in kicking.
