Had a really attractive blonde waitress at one last month (undisclosed location). She took our order and poor girl had a voice nearly as deep as mine.

Yeah these places seem to be doing well all over the place. People are paying stupid money to keep their dogs at those kind of places when they go on vacation.

Heck, not just vacation, at the fancy one in Little Rock there are people dropping off their dogs everyday. Probably the equivalent of paying someone minimum wage or more for the whole year because they refuse to crate train their dog.

When they go to work.

Didn’t even think of that. Are there seriously people that treat their dogs like children and even drop them off at doggy daycare everyday on their way to work? That’s some white woman shite there. some crazy arse people nowadays

The self service car washes will be vacant boarded up properties within two years.

Check cashing is legalized loan sharks.

Smoke shops seem to be the newest money laundering scheme.

Car washes are indeed money printers. I know a guy that owns one in a small town, his IRR is about 15%. Paid it off early, that thing makes six figures a year of pure profit. And this is just a small automatic wash. Can’t imagine what a big operation like a Benny’s makes.

It’s cheaper to rent a Motel6, fill the tub, and let them stay there with a big bowl of food….

It’s actually the closest grocery store to me. I got the frick out of the city. But I can go a little further and hit a rouses or Walmart if I really needed to. I’m in a food desert.
