that has been my assumption as well. Anecdotally, The one’s I’ve passed by never have many cars. Locations are never very good but maybe location doesn’t necessarily matter. Is it just a constant flow of big orders that makes these things money?

the self service car washes are still typically good real estate waiting on a developer with $$$.

Yes, they're the only ones. The government printing money is a VERY recent phenomenon.

I bet those whore houses in Nevada bring in a lot cash, and not much overhead. One attractive vagina can bring in more than an In-n-Out Burger, and the buns don’t have to be purchased separately.

A hot female with business sense can print money.

Lets say when she turns 21 she starts stripping, she can also start building up her social media presence, then get on OnlyFans, then go around the country to be the headliner at strip clubs. In 10 years she can stop stripping and use her influence in other ways and be financially secure the rest of her life.

Are there seriously people that treat their dogs like children and even drop them off at doggy daycare everyday on their way to work?

My wife is one of those people and she doesn’t even work. She would drop our dog off 3 times a week when he was a puppy. Drove me crazy. “He needs to play”.

One of the best markets in Baton Rouge. I stop by the one on Sherwood and Old Hammond fairly often.

And the success of “Elvis” in the theaters will only increase that.

Just think, that shite will be famous one day when AntiqueTiger buys all that shite at your estate sale and posts in on here.
You will be dead but junk will live in forever either with some buyer on eBay or in AntiqueTiger’s bathtub.

I believe it. Hell a package of sliced turkey is $13-14 and a sliced ham is $80

Can’t imagine what they pull in around the holidays
