Besides the obvious Chick Fil-A, In-N-Out, etc.

I say the Ideal Market at Airline/Clearview in Metairie. That parking lot is always completely full no matter the time of day.

Honey Baked Ham. One of my friends married a girl who owns one and I didn’t think they did that well outside of holidays. I was very wrong.

Any mini-storage location in a urban or suburban area. People put excess shite they are unwilling to part with in them and pay a monthly fee in practical perpetuity. Sadly, I'm one of them.

Yeah these places seem to be doing well all over the place. People are paying stupid money to keep their dogs at those kind of places when they go on vacation.

Used Tire shops

Chinese takeout places in the hood, always dealing with cash.

Self-storage, payday loans, and liquor stores in poor areas...

Until April of this year, pot shops in Trinidad, CO. Tiny town of 8k sold more pot than any other city in CO due to its proximity to Texas. With New Mexico legalizing, this is going to drop off fast.

The stop and stab at the corner of corporate and college. Also, the waffle house next to it.
