You gotta admire the deliverer for her ability to multi-task. Not only did she come up with an amazing joke, but she still got the pizza delivered on time.

Did you read what the article or the synopsis by OP? The kids requested jokes, not the mom.
Either way, I don't think getting fired is necessary but the person who wrote the joke should use better judgement. She didn't know who would be reading the joke so to put something like that seems really dumb.

the way it sounded i think it was an online ordering app and yes im sure she thought it was for some adults, sad people just cant accept a simple innocent mistake and then go get people fired at christmas

You have to be an a-hole to get a pizza delivery driver fired for writing a joke your son requested they write on box.
If I owned a pizza joint, I would hire her and pay her a $1 more an hr than what she was making.
