The bike gang has every tactical advantage in this situation. Sure you could pop one of them, but you’re 99.999% dead if you shoot or even probably show a weapon in this situation.

I never want to live in a big city. My next move will be out west somewhere spread out. I couldn't stand being around shite like this. I get annoyed enough in the suburbs.

I don't know why the police commissioner is being brought up here. She did her job in this situation and didn't add in any ridiculous commentary. They found the guy and justice was served.... assuming they apply the law to his offenses as written.
