He was a director of R&D for mRNA strategic initiatives. It’s not so much about his rank, more about the relevant department. And that’s not a lowly rank either. At the very least he would have been briefed, probably involved, in everything that was discussed.
The guy claims he made it all up to impress his date. Unfortunately none of this means anything unless Veritas or the feds find evidence, or whistleblowers from within Pfizer come forward

Didn't we already know the big pharma companies were releasing new variants of covid all the time? I thought i read this 2 years ago on the poli board so why should i freak out now?

1) Covid was a “test run”. Mild virus only deadly to a small percentage of the population. Overreact (planned) by masking, shutting down, and creating useless and, perhaps, harmful vaccines.
2) Mutate or create in a lab (similar to COVID) a much more deadly virus. The population will then outright refuse to comply with masking, shutting down, or new vaccines. Death on a much larger scale.
The WEF and world elites have said without reservations that population reduction is necessary. Japan and soon more countries report unsustainably low birth rates. Add this new virus, mission accomplished.

Without digging in and nust reading that quote, one could take that to mean they are going to accelerate the mutation process in a controlled environment and have vaccines ready ahead of time for the mutations that are most likely to occur naturally vs reacting after the fact. I still wouldn't take any of that shite, but I don't know that it's all that controversial of a quote unless there's more where he's insinuating that they release the mutated virus.
