Be prepared for any firm's call screeners. The most experienced plaintiff attys refuse to take a case unless the injury is serious and there is a carrier with high policy limits involved. As noted, any accident involving a commercial carrier, i.e. an 18 wheeler, is usually accepted as they can be milked for high dollars. Forget the message that they are there for the little people, it's all about big bucks.

Don't listen to any of these recommendations, OP. If they were any good they would be on a billboard

Hi! And why are you skeptical about lawyers advertising their services? I am a marketer, and I am curious why advertising causes rejection because many of these lawyers know their work and can be trusted.

The general public finds it distasteful and it clutters their roadways and TV screen. Those that understand the inner working of personal injury know the majority of the heavy TV/billboard advertising attorneys operate primarily as a settlement mill.

PI attorneys are roaches. Their clients are roach turds. Marketing agencies that represent PI attorneys are whatever microbiotic form of life lives off of roach turds.

Damn you created an account and bumped a 2 year old thread just to ask this. Username checks out.

Bates vs State Bar of Arizona 1977.
General restrictions on attorney advertising violate the attorney's 1st and 14th Amendment rights.

This question is so dependent on your injury. I don't see Palmintier or anyone at Papillion's firm taking some $50k soft tissue case.
