The should be rules are pretty simple - if you're in the right lane and someone is tailgating you they should die. If you're in the left lane and someone is tailgating you and you have clear skies ahead of you, AND you can get over, then you should die. That's general interstate driving.
It's really the dumb short guys in giant trucks that can't comprehend that weaving in and out of traffic, emphasis on traffic, when one of the aforementioned idiots is hogging the left, trying to insert themselves into the human caterpillar one car at a time. Those guys need to see their families die. At some point you need to just accept that everyone is equally trying to advance as fast as possible and you're a cock sucking idiot

Edited... I thought you were doing this in a left lane going 75 on a Louisiana interstate which most are 75. If you're in right lane, he sucks and hates his life. If you were in the left lane, then it'd be on you because left lane is for 5 to 6 mph over 75. I have no problem with someone going 10 under as long as they're in right lane in a 2 lane directioned interstate.

Sounds like Jeep that was on my arse as I was passing an 18 wheeler in the left lane on 12 last week. I was going 83 to pass. As soon as my tailgate cleared the 18 wheeler, I started to signal to get back to right lane. Jeep starts flashing his lights at me to get over, like I was being an a-hole and hanging out in the left lane. There was a line of 15 cars in front of me with no where to go. Pissed me off. This dude had no shirt on. Was a baw for sure.

Big trucks are the worst. I just pop some gummies before I make any long interstate trips and chill while I’m driving. I’m not speeding up and getting in any kind of hurry for assholes like that. Especially in the left lane.

I tired doing this a few times for my beloved Aggies games, but I found it very hard to unload by grill and large screen TV onto the side of the road. My fellow Aggie fans loved the idea, but they almost got hit by all of the fast moving cars. The brisket turned out great, but the horn honking became unbearable.
