I'm usually insanely polite in public, but in situations like these I get almost compulsive as each minute ticks and have trouble containing patience. Not to freak out or anything just visible signs of irritation.

For me it is the super coupon shopper who has 30 of one item in her cart but the coupons have to be used as a buy one get one or something where the cashier has to do the same transaction 15 times. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr!

Last flight I took on AA, some musician was trying to put a portable looking key board into the over head compartment.
He tried about 3 different bins, he was creating a nice little clusterfrick.
I mentioned that he was holding up the whole damn plan. The guy had no clue- still didn't care.

A common theme in here is CVS and Walgreens. Pharmacies really are the worst when it comes to checking out.
On the flip side, what's the deal with clothing stores? It always takes forever to check out in those places, even if there is no line.

I cannot stand people like the lady from your 2nd story. There comes a point where you have to know what your time is worth.. Was it really worth even coming back into the store to use that coupon? To void your transaction and all that BS? I can't imagine it was unless you make minimum wage

At rouses last weekend some dumb bitch was having a cow cause her coupon wouldn't work (Store was crowded and every line was long) I looked over and saw it was a 50 cent coupon. I handed her a dollar to leave and she did. But she was pissed

This is not the correct mentality. Hell, my wife says that she can't wait to be an old woman so that she can't act out and not give a frick because that's what old ladies do. This suggests to me that most old people know that they can get away with this bullshite and do it intentionally.

Special shoutout to the space cadet not paying attention at the front at a heavily trafficked intersection stoplight who makes 5-10 cars behind him sit through an extra red light.
