People who intentionally hold up long lines.

Twice today I experienced this. First was a common thing we have all seen. At the bank, need to make a teller withdrawal and there is one teller and one person in front of me. This person is over 80 years old and looks to live alone.
Sure enough she completes her transaction in less than 30 seconds, but then spends nearly ten minutes talking about local schools. I was mad at the teller for not moving it along. I actually asked a manager if he could get another teller, which he did. I left after my transaction and lady was still chatting.
But she was old so she gets a pass. The next really grinded my gears.
At CVS getting one twelve pack of cokes and some deodorant. Again one person in line, middle aged lady, I saw driving a 5-6 year old Cadillac. She completes her order, is about to leave, I put my stuff up and she comes back in, makes the guy void her order, because she had a $3 coupon she didn't use. She uses it, pays with a gold AMEX and gets the order done, then says she doesn't see the 30% from another coupon. This has been minutes, the younger Asian girl behind me is just groaning with two half gallons of Bluebell in her hands.
The lady in front wants her $3. I offer to give the lady $5 to let us go and that set her off. She got mad at me and made a scene, so I just dropped my twelve pack and left.
I mean, what happened to common courtesy. Who intentionally holds a line to screw others.

Old people, in general, can be extremely rude because they simply don't give a frick.

I was waiting to post. I had to wait while you told those long winded stories. TLDR

Had an old couple cut in line once and when I called them out they pulled the "I'm old" card. I told them they were old enough to know it's rude to cut in line and to get their arse back at the end of the line.
I would have let them in front if they asked but they didn't even ask.
Moral of the story: just because someone is old doesn't mean they are any less shitty.

Also, sounds like you need to mind your own business. Even paying attention to their cars and shite, wtf.
And how were either of these intentional? The way you ask your question was like they did it on purpose, they didn't.

Who goes inside a bank to make a withdrawal?

I got behind someone at the grocery store one time that order 7/8 of a pound of deli meat.
Although I was momentarily amused at watching the worker try to figure this out on a digital scale, I was quickly pissed when the guy demanded "exactly 7/8 of a pound" and kept having her remeasure it.
I spoke up and said .875. The next weight came in at .90 and I said that was close enough. Never been so close to causing a scene in public.

Sorry but you're just gonna have to wait until I scratch these 3 lottery tickets. Deal with it.

Right? Brick and mortar banks should be added to that list from yesterday about shite that still exists and we don't know why.

I doubt you actually did that, but if so it comes across as rude. It's annoying to get stuck in line behind someone like that, but not really necessary to call her out.

One of my most annoying experiences is when you are behind someone who is trying to buy $100 of groceries with a govt card and they run over by $20 or so and then they start picking through their items to retrurn to try and get it down to $100.
Or when old people take forever to write to a damn check.

Got behind a sistah at Subway at lunch today. Jesus Christ.
Gimme sum dem black olives
Aaaaand some mayo. More...more...lil bit more...that good
Hmmm...and some more salt. One more shake...etc.
Went on for 5 minutes and after they wrapped it up and put it in the bag she asked them to slice it in 4 pieces and rewrap it.
She then said she needed to order 2 salads and pulled out a list. I left.

I live around a lot of old people. I feel your pain.

There should be a coupon user line and a non-coupon user line at every grocery store.

My favorite time getting held up by old people in line was at a Redbox in New Hampshire.
Old couple were going through the movies and clearly hadn't thought about it before arriving. Just as I was getting annoyed the wife says, "What about Chuck and Larry?"
The old guy groans "UGH! Gays.."
I was cracking up. Have a gay brother too.
