My two dogs behave better than most people's children
Let's see them take you to the Dr when you're 70 yrs old.

What I can't stand is when they refer to them as their "fur babies". For some reason, that term is like fingernails on a chalkboard to me.
This.
"fur babies" is the worst.

It doesn't always pay off that way. I know people in their 70s who have their own health problems but have to take their 40 year old child to the doctor regularly.
Some kids never become self sufficient. Pets don't either, but the pets die in 10 or 20 years.

I’m taking Jr. for a walk later. I’ll let him know how you feel.

I refer to my pets as my children, and they are. My wife and I don't have children of our own, and our pets take that place. What's wrong with that?

I refer to my kids as pet to even it out

My wife says I like my dog more than her, truth hurts.

What’s up with people that bring their dogs everywhere they go? The Baseball park has signs that day ‘No Dogs’ at every entrance and people bring their dogs all the time. Then one of my 7 year olds steps in dog shite because your fur baby is pooping at the park. Leave your dog at home.

Dog poo is gross. I'm not trying to pick it up

Screw your kids. I don’t worry about your dumb kids, quit worrying about my pets.

I have a co-worker who always posts about how raising her cats and dogs is WAY more difficult than raising kids and how they're now less her kids.... I don't have kids but if I did I'd probably wanna punch her.

One time my coworker was venting about people who compare pets to kids, so now I do it intentionally to piss him off.
I say things like “you’re so lucky you just have kids, try raising pets. Your kids eventually learn to talk and stop shitting on the floor, must be nice.”

The good thing about pets is when they piss you off you just go drop them off on a country road somewhere and you're done. Doing that with kids is frowned upon
