Don’t deserve pets. Can’t even protect an innocent animal that they are responsible for.
If their dog gets hit by a car they should be arrested.

Dogs were meant to roam. We've had our dog for 3 years and he's only been by the house about 6 times. I bet he's happier than yours.

Why don't you go watch an episode of Dog Whisperer. Maybe you'll learn something.

The only time my dog gets anywhere close to that is when she comes with me to check the mail (we live in the back of a closed-off subdivision, there's no way on God's green Earth I would let her run free like that otherwise). Even then I keep an eye on her and get onto her the moment she tries to get into the street or goes towards a neighbor's yard.

Some moron in our neighborhood got their dog hit in this manner. They took to the neighborhood FB group to complain about cars not watching out. Other morons gave her a bunch of sympathy (even wondering what the cops could do) but then posting why the frick are you letting your dog wonder the street set off WW3

So you don't have a dog.

You just happen to occasionally see a dog around your house.

I no longer have, or want a dog. I picked up enough dog crap in my time and damn sure don't want to pick other people's animal shite off my lawn.

Most folks that walk their dog in my neighborhood are respectful of that, but I've caught a few that I've told to frick off if they can't pick their dogs shite off my lawn.

If you live in the country that is acceptable. If you live in a neighborhood you should have your arse kicked.

My GSP follows me every where... front yard, back yard etc. but he is smarter than most people kids. Doesn’t go into the street and if for some reasons he shits in the neighbors yard it gets picked up.

He also has the ability to heal on command at my side and laugh as you walk your dumbass dog 3ft away barking like a damn idiot at him. Then asking me how do I get him to listen so well... oh he is so well behaved... how do you do that? Don’t buy a piece of shite...

I get someone who doesn’t pay attention to their dog.... I really do.... but as said previously... keep your fricking cat out of my flower bed and off my vehicle.

Or, maybe they have also have dogs in the backyard that they don’t get along with...

Or they just like flaunting how much more intelligent and better trained their dog is than yours.
