Transgender is just a dude who says he's a lady, right? The bar is pretty low, they have some that just want to be considered a different sex than they actually are.
So it's a bit of a leap to go from dumb and harmless behavior to justifying touching kids.

Whatever the case might be, he should never be allowed to be free in society ever again for the simple fact that no matter what, he is a threat to any kid that is within access of him.

Why shouldn’t he be charged as a 9yo?

But if a man decides hes a woman and we have to treat him as such, why can't someone decide what age they really are? Why can't someone decide they are a different species?

If he wants to claim that then fine, he's not hurting anyone. He can change his facebook birthday and knock himself out.
The claim was that anyone who was ok with transgender should be ok with this child rapist. That's a bizarre claim. Most people don't have a problem with him lying about his age, I think most of us are upset about the assault.

transgender folks aren't getting lesser sentences for crimes they commit because they are transgender. This guy won't be tried as a 9 year old because he claims he's internally 9 years old.

These two positions are contradictory somehow?
