If he can prove, scientifically, that he has the brain capacity of a 9 year old, then he might have a case and will probably spend the rest of his life in a mental hospital instead of regular prison

the good news is that we have a justice system in place to handle things like this. He will have his day in court and can make his argument that he is a 9 year old. I'm sure it will work out swimmingly for him.

my logic is the same as the other poster's. If it doesn't hurt other people, I don't care. Let the law allow a man to be a woman. That is that individual's prerogative. They can think they are a garbage can for all I give a frick, as long as they are harmless and not attempting to use it as an excuse to commit heinous crimes.

Then I'd say no you aren't allowed to be a garbage can anymore.
