North Face has a lifetime warranty now. Both brands have stores by my crib. Patagonia is kind of a bitch to swap gear. North Face took an old arse rain jacket from me and gave me a new one on the spot.

Cause I hunt and shite. Have to special order the stickers for my truck and boat though, which is fine with me because it separates me from the poors who had to spend their paycheck to get the jacket and couldnt afford the $10 sticker

Ive gotten some great Northface jackets at Costco.. as well as an Eddie Bauer one, and an Orvis one.
Costco.com has some nice Northface on sale right now (scroll down to bottom of first page), as well as Marmot and Orvis.

There is two separate northface outlets in my area and last winter I stocked up on the previous seasons gear on the low low. So this year I’ll probably splurge on a couple pieces of more higher line stuff.
