Parents of younger children, would you try out an experiment for me?

I was smoking some good stuff watching cartoon Network, and had an epiphany.
Cartoon voices are typically high pitched. When we talk to young kids, even men, will increase their octave to a higher pitched voice. See new McDonald's commercial, "I'm here, Im here, you're there, and I'm here".
It had me thinking, that women have higher pitched voices, so kids feel more at ease around higher pitched voices which led to cartoons naturally using higher pitched voices.
The experiment, see if you can adjust the audio on something you like to watch that your kids don't, to see if they will watch the show with adjusted audio. Similar to back in the days, speeding up a record made it sound like Alvin and the Chipmunks.
Try watching game of thrones or a basketball game were everyone is talking like they inhaled helium, and you might be able to watch your show/ game in peace.

No thanks. I don’t like my kids enough to do all that shite.

I sped up the speed of the porn video on pornhub so the voices were higher pitched. Wow you’re right my 9 year old son was enthralled.

My 6 year olds favorite song is Funky Worm by the Ohio Players. What you think?

My fiance's dachshund is the same way. Talk to him in a normal voice and he's not very interested. Talk to him in a super high pitched voice and his tail starts wagging out of control and he starts shaking his little puppy butt.

Are you low functioning or something?

You have an awesome 6 year old!
Do they just like Funky Worm or the whole Ohio Players playlist? They had the best albums back in the day. Single LP in a double fold over and great inside art. The Honey album was pretty sweet indeed!

When I call my dogs, if they come the first time I call them with a more high pitch voice and they come arunning.

We listen to the whole album. The Meters, IH Hot Buttered Soul, get a lot of play as well. My 10 year old had to do a report for BHM at school. She picked Archie Bell & the Drells. (Tighten Up).
They are a fun little bunch. We go from Al Green to Iration and everything in between.

Yeah I’m not watching Game of Thrones, high pitched or not, around young kids
