The 911 call is out too. I don't think this was random. They'd just moved here perhaps running from trouble. This is the kinda thing that happens when your trying to hide from owing someone a bunch of money.

Although, when you look at their picture they just don't look a couple that would need to be on the run. But you never know?

At 8 and 10, the kids are old enough to possibly tell the cops about anything said between the killer and the parents.

Investigators describe the suspect as a white male wearing a long-sleeved shirt (sleeves rolled up), dark pants, ballcap, sunglasses, fingerless gloves, and carrying a black backpack. He was last seen driving a black, four-door sedan, possibly a Mazda, with a license plate obscured by tape, headed toward a park exit on Highway 170 or 220.

and if I were to commit a random murder just for shits & giggles a "Saturday" at the 2nd most popular park in AR wouldn't be my choice. Devil's Den has plenty of folks there to kill on Monday -Wednesday with far less witnesses and rangers running around.

Miles City is an odd place to relocate to. It's not the part of Montana you see on Yellowstone. It's flat from horizon to horizon, brutally hot in summer, bitterly cold in winter and the wind blows all the time.
