Several shocking items here...First there is a JC Penny Store still open. Who knew. Second is there was at least enough people in the store to recognize a naked man. In his defense he probably thought if there was anyplace in public that one could get naked without much chance of anyone being around to see you naked it would be in the Penny's. I bet he was shocked as hell to find other folks in the store....I know Penny's management probably was.....
