Yes he is, I went to school with him, know home well. I kinda remembered you said you were getting treated locally, I was curious if you used Henry.

Glad your Whipple procedure was a success and you are overcoming the initial dietary setback. I'm sure you aren't thrilled about the prospect of six more months of chemo, but think about the fabulous vacations you'll be able to plan during that time! Take care and be well.

Best wishes in your fight, I started my fight with stage 3 skin cancer 2 months ago. I just got out of surgery last wednesday. If you are looking for a reason to stay positive and keep fighting look no further than me. I am very new to this fight, currently recovering from surgery with treatments starting in a month. Seeing someone being stronger than me is some of the greatest motivation i've witnessed. Please keep up your fight for those who have, are, and will fight this disease.

Hey guys in 2003 they told me I would die.
Still here being a pain in your butts.
Yes, had surgery.
Yes, has small issues with surgery.
Yes, had bone marrow transplant.
Yes. had inpatient chemo.
Yes, I am back and been in remission since 2003.

I wish you guys the best.
Biggest advice walk and drink water to flush the chemo.
You will have a few bad days especially in the beginning. Boy, I can tell you some stories. Then things get better and your body gets use to the changes.
Yes, you will have some set backs that get you down.
Then they all work out and you will have days of good news.

It is a huge life adjustment.
Instead of going to work you may go to clinic or outpatient chemo. Your new jobs to get better and fight.
Then you will hopefully and I wish hopefully be in remission and get to adjust to going back to a normal life.

Best of luck.

Keep up the fight! You are a very strong courageous warrior. I have stage 4 prostate cancer, 6 years now.Treatments, tests, medications get old, but they become a part of life. I think you will win.

Maine is beautiful. The bugs can be borderline apocalyptic for a few weeks in late June/early July, so don't forget your DEET.

While you're in that neighborhood, NH and VT are also very pretty. Some of the nicest people I've ever met were in NH. Safe travels!

My MIL was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer a few months back and just went through a successful Whipple procedure Monday. The cancer had spread to 6/12 regional lymph nodes. I think this puts her at stage IIb.

Need to read back through your saga for bullet points and inspiration.

Stay strong! Isaiah 53:5 “By his stripes you are healed” Isaiah 54:17 “No weapon formed against me shall prosper”. Pray to God that you are healed! Believe it too. You are healed
