I was there for a wet T-Shirt contest in the pool. The T-shirts and btms didnt last long. I'm pretty sure I saw 2-Live Crew there another time we went.

In true La baw fashion we brought Mardi Gras beads. I had a camcorder. I stumbled across the tape a while back and tried to get the camera to work, to no avail.

Haven’t had a Beam and Coke since then. Was a long week.
Sharkies. Hammerhead Fred’s, La Vela, Spinnaker (they actual had an awesome smashburger before that was a thing).
Life before 9/11 was awesome. We’ve all been dead since. Some of us more than others.

I was also there in 99.

25 boys and girls from my high school in Ohio drove down- it was a drunken shite show.

I saw Rasta Vanilla Ice perform on the beach.

He had dreadlocks and was trying to do nu- metal or something. There was a quiet sadness to the whole thing.

On the last day, I was so sick of everyone I was with, I walked 2 miles to a movie theater and saw Ed Tv by myself.

3 of the guys on that trip since died from fentanyl od

You paid $117 to a law firm that handles collections for city and county governments. For a 27 year old ticket. You should have just set the money on fire

It wasn't pick up trash AND pay a fine. It was either/or. They'll void the ticket if you picked trash.

Man I totally forgot they gave that option. Had several friends who had to do it at like 7 or 8 in the morning

You ain’t lying. You could get away with a lot back then compared to today. I’m not even sure they allow alcohol on the beach for certain weeks now during spring break in PCB. I got pulled over drinking a beer while driving back to condo from liquor store on The Strip and all they made me do was pour all of it out. No field sobriety no breathalyzer. No ticket. Nothing. Spring Break 1997.

This came in the mail a few weeks ago. I thought it was a joke but it is not. An open container ticket from spring break 26 years ago for $117. Surprised it didn’t rack up to the thousands with late fees. But damn, are they pulling out any ticket from decades ago and trying to collect ?? I paid it simply out of the fact they took the time to do it.

You’ve got to frame that bad boy and hang it up.

That is unbelievable

The problem is it's a Motor Vehicle criminal violation. So they probably CAN enforce it. And under the states' reciprocal MV laws, they can probably enforce in pretty much any state you are in.
