Move more
Eat less / well
Hydrate
Get Sunlight
Sleep well

Warning: side effects are weight loss, clearer focus, more energy, better attitude, lower A1C, and many more.

I've read some frustrated gay shite on this board. But I've rarely been torn between:

1) You're trolling
2) You're obviously a closeted homosexual

They’ve spent decades convincing themselves that there’s something wrong with their bodies and that traditional diets don’t work for them rather than accepting the fact that they were not able to muster the self control to adhere to them.

So let’s just accept the fact that the majority of people who are overweight/obese are not going to lose weight the “traditional way”. Call them whatever you want. It is what it is.

Now, what is a better outcome in your opinion: they stay that way and die or they take a drug with the potential of less-lethal side effects?

There is a large part of the OT that is really damned nutty about this…it’s bad to be fat, but apparently it’s worse to try to not be fat by taking an rx?

I’m starting to wonder if some of y’all are closeted body positive weirdos.

I know this lady, who was a knockout, she wasn't even that fat, just had a little extra baby fat. She went on it, and now she's skinny (not as good looking as before), but with a fivehead.

It blows my mind how many people are on this stuff instead of trying to eat better and exercise. Its hard work, but you're not filling your body with a synthetic chemical with awful side effects. I don't get it.

Same here. Workout for an hour or so a day OR inject myself with some chemical that slows my digestive system? Seems like an easy choice.

I've said it before on here. I didn't realize how many people had such a huge part of their self worth tied into the idea that they were better than people because they were in shape.

These people get very emotional when others use these weight loss drugs. It's like they are being stolen from.

People are weak. Look at the downvote ratio on this post

They’re all regular, average, never known what it takes to be disciplined

Your own quote said that the risk increases only by comparison to a different weight loss medication. What does any of that have to do with your yapping about limp dicks?

Obviously it’d be better for the users to just be in shape without some drug. But obesity is way worse for them than baldness, so I’m not sure that I’m seeing the issue here.

We are better than normies. And no, in shape people like to lift others up who have the same mindset and willpower.

In shape people don’t like fat Oprah hogs who sit on the couch and take a drug that makes them skinny fat and cancerous. That’s disgusting

Good thing I'm already bald. I'd rather be bald and not fat than bald and fat.
