By this do you we should conduct trails, measure evidence or simply google articles that support whatever narrative you prefer

LOL. Lots of fowlkes here are getting their little feely-wheelys bruised.

But hey, I am honest enough to admit IDK everything about GLP-1 and these other drugs with similar effects.

Yes, I would like to see 'trails' but we all know that is not neva gonna happen.
Look on TV, it seems like every other commercial is about a drug that is the next 'miracle' that is going to solve the worlds health problems.

Many doctors are starting to see the evidence, and they are concluding that something is not right here.

Start pulling up podcasts of folks like Tucker Carlson. He has actual MDs on his programs on this subject.

Even the venerable Dr Peter Attia is starting to have doubts about it.

I will say this again. Quit eating C.R.A.P.:

Carbs, sugars and HFC
Rancid seed oils like soy, canola, corn, sunflower...
Artificial ingredients
Processed foods and Ultra-Processed foods.

Get some exercise and go with intermittent fasting.

This has worked well for me. 18 hour fast is easier than I thought. 24 hour fast is doable, but I need something to do to keep me busy like outside work for the last six to eight hours.

Oh yeah.

This DIRECTLY from Ozempic's website:
quote:

Ozempic® may cause serious side effects, including:

Possible thyroid tumors, including cancer. Tell your health care provider if you get a lump or swelling in your neck, hoarseness, trouble swallowing, or shortness of breath. These may be symptoms of thyroid cancer. In studies with rodents, Ozempic® and medicines that work like Ozempic® caused thyroid tumors, including thyroid cancer. It is not known if Ozempic® will cause thyroid tumors or a type of thyroid cancer called medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC) in people

Do not use Ozempic® if you or any of your family have ever had MTC, or if you have an endocrine system condition called Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)

Folks, this thing is going to end horribly bad for many unsuspecting people that just want to lose weight by using this drug.

Some of the people taking this stuff will be dead in 10 years anyway without it. You should see some of these folks, we are talking 385 lbs zombies. Its amazing what this does for them and the transformations.

I’ve been on Zepbound for nearly two years, it for sure fricks up your pooping schedule but otherwise worked for me

Along with walking 2.5 daily and lifting 2-3 times a week I’m down 82 lbs.

As was said in the beginning, only those with diabetes needs to be taking the shite.

Everyone wants to cheat, go for it. Risk it.

Or you could, you know, take glp-1 supplement, go walk, eat better and save yourself some money. Most people are slobs that don’t go outside or do anything physical.

As I said when this first came out, good luck

You can stick a needle in your arse honey all day but remember we don’t like losers, we like winners. People who persevere not shortcut.

I’m kind of jealous of fat people because it’s the only addiction that’s socially praised

You dont have to but you dont get the same smug sense of superiority when you tell people that you lost weight by simply eating fewer calories.

I tried this for 3 months. Started at 204 lbs. only consumed calories between 12 and 7, with my lunch being a 300 calorie smoothie, light snack around 3 then a full dinner at 6:30. I lost 10 lbs in the first month, then didn’t lose another in the next 2 months.

I'm curious if these possible conditions were explained to the patients before hand. I didn't read the article nor the 6 pages so if it was discussed then my bad.

I had a bad reaction to a sleeping medication and that side effect was not discussed with me by the doctor. It was listed on the internet so I suppose it my fault for not researching it more.

When I asked the doctor why he didn't inform me of the side-effects or that I was supposed to take it a certain way he actually became hostile towards me lol.

These threads crack me up.

Why the gym folks are so offended by these GLP-1 shots is beyond me

I know several people on it and they have.no issues. Of course it has side effects, every single thing we ingest or inject does. But yeaaaa for lawyers who will make millions and the patients crying will get a couple hundred.

At last that many have been on it in the past. 3k lawsuits is a damn strong record compared to many other scripts.

That’s about 0.00016% of users. I feel like, just 5 years ago, there was something….some huge societal shift that happened and the percentages were much higher if having side effects….yet this board and most of the entire internet used that percentage to justify not getting a shot….

Weird.
