How did it take 6 pages for that response?

We all thought that was a given

Vegas is horrible if you don't like to gamble. Shows are good if you can afford them, but that's it.

And I don’t think I’ve ever been as joyfully happy as when I was running down the neutral ground of st. Charles to get to the French quarter after the Saints won the superbowl.

Running down Canal St from Masquerade to the Quarter after the game was one of the highlights of my life too. I’ll never forget that day and night.

Both been the best things I’ve ever experienced. Not sure why you’d say these two..

Completely disagree. It has some great chefs’ third or fourth best restaurant that they don’t pay attention to and charge you 3x vs the first best.

Shite you went to that 28-3 game didn’t you? I bet you wouldn’t say that if the Falcons would have held on and won.

Overrated Lifetime Experiences
Climbing the corporate ladder. My wife and I have both done it. At some point you realize that it's a soulless monolith that demands more and more from your life. You must feed the beast in order to satisfy it's evergrowing and gnawing hunger for endless reports, new customers and new orders. It takes time away from everything good in your life.

Yes, if you're good, you get retired security, if you don't stay mortgaged to the hilt for everything you own, in which case your kids wonder why mommy or daddy can't be there for everything and why they don't have the super luxurious home all the other kids have, until they realize they get to go to college at no cost to them and a trust fund for their future, then they realize that everybody in the family was sacrificing for the future. I guess then it's worth it, but not until then. Until then, you just are giving your life to a huge company that might flinch for one second if you leave, sort of like a rhinoceros flinches when a fly tries to bite through the rhino's thick skin.

The greatest feeling in my life thus far was walking the stage after getting my degree at the cajundome.

Yeah, 4 years of hard work while working full time resulted in the most proud i've ever felt for myself thus far.
