There may be a more informed view

SUNO should be combined with BRCC and SUNO with Delgado. Academics will probably rise.

A political machination to buttress the feedback he received here, which is largely viewed in higher ed as a walk back of multiple popular policies in higher education that are still ingrained in the schools in the NE and West Coast.

I will call BS on this while Jindal did cut direct funding. He did so by also allowing universities to raise tuition to closer to where universities were not dependent on direct state funding. Now most of that funding was made up of increased state costs to the TOPS program.
Jindal was a scumbag who cut higher Ed and fricked up Louisiana for his own presidential run (where he got 1%)
The stupid part of that quote is that those cuts impacted the regional Louisiana schools significantly more then southern so Tate is just being a dumbass

There was a coordinated disinformation campaign attacking anyone who doubted the wisdom and greatness of King Tut. (tate)
Just a few days ago Jim Engster was attacked for saying Tate was far below average when measured against his peers in terms of academic performance.
Tate is clearly trotting out the wheelchair bound Ray Sissum to use northern white guilt for financial gain.

Southern’s problem isn’t a lack of funding, but a lack of competence
If you think Southern has problems, SUNO makes them look like MIT.
I have worked with Southern, Grambling and SUNO about financial reporting and auditing/budgeting issues. They all use incompetence and poor record keeping as an excuse for theft and corruption. Grambling at least tries to keep their books straight. A middle school kid with a calculator would do a better job than the accounting dept at Southern or SUNO. All that said, Southern law school is the best thing about Southern.

I am not aware that Southern is a part of the LSU system… Why would a school president working for LSU be participating in this paper?
Because math is racist.
Tate showing his true colors on the way out.

Didn't they try to audit Southern once and books were so shithouse fricked up they couldn't even complete it?
The 4 year graduation rate at SUNO is 8%.
There's generations of people that have made an insane amount of money grifring this system.

If he is so concerned about Southern or other hbcu not receiving enough funding he could always work as president of one of those fine institutions. Doubt he would want the pay cut and massive loss of prestige that comes with the position.

Can you imagine anyone with a brain suggesting investing in Southern being a smart investment?

They have been caught numerous times selling degrees with no attendance required.
I was offered the opportunity to purchase one in 72' but did not have the scratch to do the deal. I was told I had sign admission docs and sign mid terms and finals.

It always found it interesting Southern has a law school. I would think a law degree from southern would not be as good as other schools. Is it easier or is it all the same?
