In need of some new pants that I can wear outside in this Louisiana heat. Work construction so need something flexible & breathable. Any suggestions.

Ive used the magellan fishing pants. They get ripped and torn but there cheap & breathable. Also have some carhartt canvas flex that are super comfortable, durable, etc.

Can't help except to say not 511s. Those are great pants but do not breath at all.

I got some Wrangler all terrain x gear pants from Target for like $25. I went back and got everything else they had in my size. Great flexible and breathable work pants.

I just bought some wrangler work pants at Target for $28 and they are money.

If you want to get fancy, I use my KUIU hunting pants as work pants as well. They run $120ish. They are incredibly durable, especially when I am working in the woods around the camp.

Carhart make a good product as well in the $60-$90 range.

If you have a Sam's club membership they have some pants called Durango, they have a little stretch to them, they light and very comfortable. I wouldn't recommend them if you doing any type of hot work (welding, grinding). They about $18-20. Stay away from denim if you can, thatbahit is just to hot

shite I’m wearing my $15 Eddie Bauer tech pants at the office right now. They are versatile and everyone that has asked me about them has bought some their next trip to Costco.

the Eddie Bauer and wrangler X pants are great affordable options.
a little more expensive are 5.11 tachlite pro pants at 50 bucks that look a little nicer if you need that in addition to for work

I wear either the 5.11 pants or a pair of fjallraven hiking pants every day. The guys who are always in the field like the Eddie Bauer pants
