re: OT trainers how do I get my body to look like this for summer?

Massive weight to me at 160 would be
260 bench
350-365 squat
And 405 DL.
At his weight and his super low hydration levels he might be able to get the dead lift as 405 isn't anything crazy, he could just use some really shitty form and power through it because he's young. Just the way his body is framed though there's no way he's getting 100lbs over his bodyweight on bench.
And to answer the other question. People train for many different reasons. I personally would like to move heavy weight while till staying relatively lean. Completely different from someone trying to maintain ~4% bf for photoshoots and movies.

I love all the downvotes. It just proves my point that most people are so lazy, that they want to point to EVERY guy in good shape and scream steroids.

people rather believe things are unobtainable to them than come to terms with their lack of drive and disciple needed to obtain said things

Dnm your exactly right. I lift because I love it. I love the self motivation and the challenge. I just don't get the same thing from running. I go to the gym for an hour or two everyday for the same reason most people watch ESPN for an hour after work. Its my wind down time.

come on
for the average American male with a job and family, that level of body fat is almost certainly unattainable

I Didn't even know he was an actor.

Post some pics bro. Show us what a massive ripped up dude looks like that enjoys moving heavy weight without roids.

I agree with salmon. Even if your a workout freak, it'd would be nearly impossible to maintain a normal 40-50 hr work week and personal life in addition to the meal planning and prep work it would take to maintain that diet.

you can do it with 1hr a day/5days a week with about 2 hr prep on sunday. the disciple is the hard part. Maybe my sense is clouded by my genetics or youth (30), but to me people make fitness/nutrition into some mystery clouded by special secrets and drugs when majority of humans simply lack the desire/disciple/know how to acquire these goals

Post pics to the OT? Absolutely not. I'm a relatively new post but I'm sure as shite not dumb.

7 pages to discuss Zack Efron's hot body? Has the OT switched their allegiance from Eric Decker?

and know how is another important part that the average male lacks, I agree, lots of misinformation out there, so the average male doesn't have the reliance on a personal nutritionists to help them

Geez, dude. Decker isn't even in Efron's solar system.
Efron >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Decker
Efron >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Decker

There's 2 arguments here.
Whether the average person can obtain that physique with the proper plan.
Or whether the average person will actually put in the effort or have the time and energy to achieve that physique.
IMO the first is true for most people, but the second is what makes the average American male NOT have that physique.
It's hard, which is why it's sought after.

Ehh, it's not the working out it's the eating part. Two hours on Sunday wouldnt be enough to cook my meals for a whole week. Ive tried.
