Perhaps not to you, but the average person when they hear "pumped full of steroids" they think:

I agree he's not close to 180. I'm 5'8 and hover around 180. I stay between 10-12% bf. That's probably 160 at 4-5%.

This pic is a perfect example of the difference between training for aesthetics and strength. Dude looks great but if you saw him working out he wouldn't be moving massive weight or anything. His workouts are probably ridiculously fast paced and explosive to be that lean. He also probably has a trainer/chef that literally weighs out every item that he eats and drinks. Probably has to clear it with that guy before he has a beer.

What do you consider massive weight?

That dude could be a lot stronger than you think.

Is this an issue or something?

What's the purpose of needing to "move massive weight"?

training for aesthetics
Seems like the main reason to "train", other than just being healthy. right?

However, if you think that body takes steroids, then you know literally nothing about working out.

I've seen track stars on steroids and they're less muscular than he is.

I wouldn't consider this massive weight, but let's say...
Squat - 2.0xBW = approx 330
Dead - 2.5xBW = approx 415
Bench - 1.5xBW = approx 250

You think he's hitting those numbers?

I'm not wired like some of these people who get their dick hard on being strong as an ox. I just wanna look good and be strong enough to not suffer through old age.

No way he weighs anything more than 160 in that pic.

I've got a friend who's 4-5 inches taller with similar definition, no as much defined as Efron, who weighs around 170-175.

No, not right. Gaining size, gaining strength, gaining mental toughness, a challenge, etc. People train for many different reasons.

Hey, you never know when you are gonna come across a heavy door. There is nothing more embarassing than being surprised by a heavy door.

I think the point is, looking at the body in the OP and instantly saying "roids" "HGH" is unfairly judgemental IMO.

Has it gotten to the point where being fit instantly means drugs?

You could say the same about any workout other than just the health benefits.

What's the point in being able to swim 2 mi?

What's the point in running a marathon?

You have just as good a chance (I suppose) of being trapped under a car as you would of being stranded in the ocean or needing to outrun someone chasing you with a knife/dildo

Not necessarily, but you never know. Can't judge a book by it's cover.

I see guys his size deadlift in the 400's and squat in the 300's.

Just depends what his training regimen is. You don't need to look like an ox to move that weight.
