I had a girl run a red light a crashed right into me she was denying that she ran the light ,but fortunately the people behind her stopped because they saw the red light and told the cop in a statement she blew straight threw it. I would lawyer up as others have said ,and I was grateful the people behind gave a statement cause it saved me a huge pain in the arse. Even after the report was written she was still trying to deny it. Nowadays a dash cam may not be a bad investment.

The OP's insurance company is worried expressly about their (the Insurance Company's) own limits of coverage. Nothing more.
You really are a simpleton.
You must be fun at parties with your "I'm the smartest guy in the room*" act.
*This is only true if you are alone in the room.

I can confirm that I'd bet you good money that his wife will not feel too great in the next few days.
I can also confirm that most lawyers will sit down and speak with the man and his wife for no charge.
I can also confirm I think he'd be wise to seek counsel simply to know his options going forward from someone who knows what they're doing.
That's about all I can confirm at this point.

And can you confirm that in absence of injury that no lawyer would take this case on contingency?
You're dumb. That's been confirmed here today.

A big problem is people that reflexively go to the ER and suck up healthcare resources so they can make a buck.
A bigger problem is that not everyone out there on the roads is as patient, attentive, cautious, & sober a driver as Parallax. Which is why we have insurance companies. An even bigger problem is that insurance companies are a big pain on the arse to get anything put of. They will low-ball the he'll out of you. Which comes to why we have lawyers. Lawyers are there to fight for you. Of course not all lawyers are honest & will do whatever it takes to satisfy their clients.
All this to say I understand your frustration but you're not mad at me, you're mad at the system.
You can either become a victim of the system or make it work forever in your favor. The choice is yours.

Doesn't mean she needs to seek medical attention. If she walked away on her own accord and had no head trauma, the likelihood she has an injury that requires medical attention is exceedingly low.
Of course, attorneys want an ER trip, MRI, physical therapy, neurosurgery consult, etc.

I'm not going to misrepresent my physical state to make a buck, but, clearly, you're a POS and have no problem with this.

And yet you're the authority on when his wife should and should not seek medical attention?
Should she not seek medical attention simply because the other driver denied she ran the red light and it may be a hassle going forward?

Holy non sequitur.
Whatever you need to say to make doing this for a living seem OK, have at it.

I would never suggest maligning an injury for the sake of monetary gain. I would recommend getting looked at as TBIs can not always be determined by looking at someone's physical capabilities. Also with high impact crashed, like the one that would flip a car several times, internal injuries could also occur. If the OP loves his wife he will make sure every precaution is taken time ensure she is free of injury. Notice, I'm not being immature and calling you names & I would expect this in return.

This was quite the conclusory statement as well.

Many of the comments from Parallax appear to be based on opinion or belief. The presumptive nature of the comments leads me to believe that I am either communicating with a a robot or a person that lives outside of the logical constructs of reality.

If her car flipped multiple times and the other driver is denying responsibility, you want a lawyer.

How do we know for sure the OP's wife isn't the one that ran the red light?
Without any video evidence or objective third party eye witness (which there doesn't seem to be), it's her word against the other driver's. Cops couldn't determine fault and didn't ticket anyone either, correct?

You just described about 50% of the posters on this site.

I haven't spoken about anything in here I'm not very well versed. Sorry you're sensitive about being called out.

What is the OPs goal? He said his wife is okay, so is he trying to get the car paid for! If so a lawyer is going to laugh at him and charge him $250/hour because there are no injuries , and chances are the opposing insurance is a min policy, if the op has full coverage, let the insurance company figure it out
This is quite literally some of the worst advice ever given on this board and that's saying something.

This is false.

Obviously
This is possibly the only thing I've read from you that makes even the slightest bit of sense.
