Yes, it’s mail fraud. The Postal Inspector was supposed to call me back a week ago and I got nothing. He was the one that said “this is the craziest story I’ve heard and I’ve been in law enforcement for 15 years”. That surprised me but whatever.

FBI and IRS might be more interested if Columbus PD won’t do anything. It’s federal now and I am sure they were not paying taxes in their scheme. Who knows if this is the only time they have pulled this or if they have a scheme going for this taking place regularly

The ending didn't live up to the hype

I stand corrected.....this thread definitely delivers. The amount of time and legwork put in to get these bastards is legendary. Awesome job.

I'm just confused as to why no agency will run with this considering most of the work is already done. Something tells me there more to the story.

The law enforcement agencies that are in possession of this information are; the Columbus PD, the MS Attorney Generals office and the U.S. Postal inspectors.
As of 9 APR 21, no action has been taken.

Maybe it’s time for the OT to step in. We could all send emails to the agencies above asking why no action is taken place in the matter. How long before they do so,etching to make us go away?

Love this thread.

Probably because I love motorcycles and vigilante justice.

It has to be more than just that, because almost all of the legwork is already done for them.

Danny Smith would answer a lot of questions for me
Smith is a very common name but Danny is somewhat dated. I know of a Danny Smith from that general area. Terry and Karen would have to be really stupid to try to tie him into this little scam.

I bet Danny is not that "dated" of a name in the greater Starkvegas metropolitan area!

(yes, this post was a shameless bump... this thread is to good to sink to page 4 obscurity!)

No new updates and at this point I'm not sure I'm going to get one. I think law enforcement have something better to do than chase down stuff like this. What it is, who knows...

I did ride the bike yesterday for the first time on the road. It's as fast as it looks. Holy smoke this thing has a lot of power.

I haven’t read everything since the page 35 update, but Terry and Karen need their asses whipped mafia style.

Like “don’t ever ducking do this to anyone again” mafia style.

I was contemplating posting the conversations. For entertainment value if nothing else.

Here is my conversation with the shop owner.

Now you all can hear my accent. Early in the call the beeping you hear is me turning up the speaker phone.

One thing to remember, the shop owner has had this bike for years and is absolutly lying the entire time.

The good guys need a win -- or more importantly, the bad guys need to feel some pain. I'm so tired of people getting away with stuff like this.
