The GOAT on and off the field.

That place is stunning.

My childhood hero.

Sounds to me he doesn’t really care about squeezing every nickel out of it and just wants to downsize so he wants to price it “reasonably” so it sells quickly

He had it on the market a while back in 2021 listed at $24 million. They started building in the late 1990s so I'm guessing the cost was somewhere near $12 million back then(maybe even less) so they would still be coming out ahead.

Curious how the kids had anything to do with taking care of a property like that for them.
And have a regular life/job that is.
Absolutely beautiful though for sure.

That's not really that expensive at all for California prices.

That seems cheap honestly for that size estate in NAPA.

Looks amazing. The land must be crap land in an undesirable location? I’d think 500 acres in Napa is worth a ton no matter what, and that’s a hell of an estate.

I thought the same thing . My guess is that all those 500 acres are locked up in a land trust and cannot be planted nor developed. It’ll be raw land forever.

I hope he didn’t overvalue it. I heard a judge gets to decide how much your stuff is worth and can get you in trouble.

This might be the first celebrity property posted on the OT that I thought “yeah, if I had that kind of money to burn, I would buy that.”

Good on ya, Joe.

On a slightly related topic, Joe Montana's famous receiver in " The Catch", Dwight Clark had a hot Miss Universe girlfriend at one time.

As would I. There is a 380ac farm for sale in Leiper’s Fork Tn and they are asking $65 million.
There was a farm in my town that sold for more than that per acre and it was bare dirt with no house on it. It was about 400 acres.
