I like to keep it in the fridge because the color lasts longer. It doesn't affect the flavor or the shelf life, though.

It is fine, as long as you keep it in a cool place, like the pantry.

And who keeps a pb jar more than two weeks anyway? Better get to eating that stuff!

Got no spouse of course, but I question the sanity of people who put ketchup in the fridge.

Cold ketchup is mother fricking disgusting. frick you idc.

Syrup is another good answer. Cold syrup is fricking disgusting too.

Some do. It depends on the acidity level iirc. I refrigerate my favorites just in case. Currently about 8-10 bottles in the frig door. Wife is mostly cool with it but will make comments here and there.
