One of the most fricked up April Fool’s joke I’ve seen so far and not on tv.

He called his wife and daughter that the toddler got super sick and throwing up, diarrhea coughing and high fever. The women are crying in panic once arrived at house of where they were. Brother said “April Fool’s!”
He is staying with me for awhile now. Way too fricked up of a joke but I laughed.
