Yeah, I'm back in Oxford right now, and the rules here are way more strict than they are in Denver. It's simply dictatorial here while at least the people in Denver are trusting people to have a brain.

So it’s a field day for snitches.. if there’s a group of neighbors or rival frat that’s having a party.. cops get called and they start writing fines out if it violates the rule
