So does that mean they can have football or any athletic practices as there are usually more than 10 student athletes gathering?
No football games of course due to students are gathering on and off the field.
No classes as even if you social distance entering and exiting a building could be considered a gathering.
Or
Is big brother making up the rules as they go without legislation?
