At least trump won’t have to shut the country down again to get the prices down. He’ll damn sure take credit until it has a negative effect then it’s biden’s fault….

Gonna need a lot of petroleum products and natural gas to build and power these data centers. Lots of construction projects to begin next year.

I'll buy the dip in the oil stocks if they can generate one. AI craze is dying down, so they gotta take a shite on the oil industry and drive those stock prices down.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned from watching Landman it’s that this isn’t necessarily good news

God give me just one more oil boom and I promise I won’t piss it away this time.

It will be interesting to see the narrative TD places on such events.

I would think a decline in demand points to a global recession. Everything I’m seeing in energy right now is pointing to an explosion upwards in the price of electricity.

OPEC going to do their best to destroy US oil production

They worked Trump over last term. He was either completely played or working with the Saudis. Fortunately for him his supporters claimed the four year destruction of domestic companies was proof of US energy independence.

Russia fricked

They're already selling to India and China at discounted rates. Even at reduced global prices without "sanctions" Russia will make more.

I buy about 8000 gallons of diesel a month. They will find a way to keep it 3 bucks.

Wasn’t diesel a wasteful by-product of refining gasoline, that was so plentiful it was priced cheaper than gas.

Then the EPA got involved and started mandating Ultralow sulfur diesel that increased the costs of refining and that is why it is more expensive than gasoline.
