The only thing they have to hang on is that he was "unarmed".

And it sounds better if you hold your hands up when you say it.

I agree.

At some point, either the police or the National Guard need to step in and kick some arse. Right now, I think they're just trying to keep it contained to the area and not let it spread to other areas.

Exactly what I think the strategy was. If that was the strategy I think they did I good job.

Everyone. But like ell said, the state senator was the best. Saying that Ferguson didn't get a chance to have race riots in the 60s and how happy she is that they finally can. Called it Fergusons race war.

Holy shite!!

That really is sad.

Some people are just stupid. It's terrible that this one was elected as a State Senator.

I think it was the police chief, said this morning that today they will not tolerate any "breaking of the law".

Sounds like things will get chippy fast.

She had some great quotes that would seem hilariously ridiculous in print. She was rambling on and on about how "nothing has changed with racism" in this country.

She tweeted "frick you" to our governor (they're both Democrats FWIW) during "Ferguson the Riots: Part 1."

Exactly, tell that to the families of one of the cops killed with their own weapons over the years.

I believe she was directing her comments at him when she was mentioning racism in her own state's party.

1. They could have gone inside if they didn't want to look at the body for four and a half hours. (Sorry for being insensitive)
2. They felt as though his words were empty because they aren't educated enough to understand the meaning of all of those big words that he was using.
3. The only way that they will recover is if they stop acting like animals and destroying shite.
4. What an idiot!

Mostly. South City down around Arsenal and Grand (close to the SLU campus) saw quite a bit of protesting and some vandalism. But no gunshots or burning buildings.
