Office etiquette, being fat isn't a metabolism problem

We have a bag of candy left over from our kids trick or treating event in our office, a fat chick from another department sees it and takes one. Fast forward an hour she is back, but this time grabs a handful.

I watched a fat chick stand by the candy bowl at a Halloween party I attended a few weeks ago and go to work. She must have put down at least 25-30% of the bowl by herself. It was a sight to behold.
I don't know if I'd call it rude. Maybe just a lack of self-awareness?
