Oakland is such a shithole.
I moved on from Oakland to a walking tour of NYC. Guy filmed it in 2019, so before the city had gone completely off the fricking rails. Used to be a favorite vacation spot of mine, too. fricking Dems.

Oakland looks like shite, in large part because of Proposition 13, a huge discount on property tax for investors and homeowners.
