Having been trained in, and performed high angle rescues, I cannot even imagine this. You basically throw out the playbook, and go totally industrial. To hell with the stokes, regular rescue equipment, and go with heavy lift rigging. Heh heh heh

I admitted a pt to ICU who was 700+ and her first dialysis was 15 kilos of fluid. Once she was extubated the first thing she did was yell at her husband to go get her a pizza. I pity the RNs that are about to deal with that woman in the pics.
