ok so for those of us struggling to keep up with the victim quotient rules, it appears now that:

gay > black > homeless

Yet burn an American flag and they are cool with it.

It is dumb. Is it because gays are a “protected class”?

The same people outraged over him shitting on the homosexual fetish flag would defend him if he’d have done the same to the American flag.

I’m going to be honest with you. The majority of black males are just as, if not more, conservative than white males.

Their voting patterns say otherwise.

You would have to differentiate between socially conservative and fiscally conservative.

But if he had burned an American flag he’d be a hero.

Our country so fricked.

Burning American flag = 1st Amendment rights

Shitting on the homosexual fetish flag = hate crime.

Welcome to the clown world that is 2023 America.

I have yet to understand how hate, which is repulsive, is not protected by the first amendment.

If a crime is committed, charge the person and go to court.

But hate is a crime?

Only because some of the rhetoric and views held by SOME of the people on the other side… We could never stand with…

Bad news honey. Based on the picture of Mr. Innocent, he can't commit a hate crime.
Per capita, black people are charged with hate crimes at a higher rate than white people.

Something I've pointed out and linked probably more than a dozen times on here, it makes people really mad every time.

Put a crucifix in a bottle of piss...Art
Use a rainbow flag for hygiene ..hate crime

But the interesting conundrum here is. He technically "stole" the flags which is what he should be charged with but given the low cost vs min amount standard to be arrested in this liberal utopia . He wouldn't be charged with stealing. So is he being charged for freedom of expression?

So instead they vote for a guy who literally said "If you don't know who to vote for, then you ain't black." That's one of the most condescending things I've ever heard a politician say, yet he got >95% of the black vote anyways.
