He was charged with burglary, trespassing and harassment which were deemed hate crimes and not common crimes for the same thing because of the wording of silly assed hate crime laws. All crimes involve an element of hate in my opinion...simply enforcing them all with that in mind should be sufficient...

Outside of restrooms I would hope it is a crime to come into a business and shite on anything and then also picking up something else to wipe.
