The question is, did he stop when the threat was neutralized or did he keep going.
If you shoot someone twice and they’re still alive but neutralized, you don’t put a third in their head to finish them off. That would then be considered murder.

This just confirms to me that there is no reason for me to visit that place. I’m sure I’ll be missing out on a few things, but tall buildings, big parks, and a Statue of Liberty just aren’t that high up on my list of places I need to visit. If that’s your thing, please enjoy, but I’ve never been one that wanted to go explore a huge city.

More proof he had to save his own life.
This is so ridiculous. Was he suppose to just let the guy potentially kill him? Screw that. If the guy didn't provoke him then none of this would have happened. Period. So tired of New York attackers every single day in the news.

I understand the premise here, but nothing drives me more crazy than this saying. I didn’t vote for Joe Biden or JBE, none of my family did in fact, yet that cliche covers us. How is what is happening in LA or USA my fault?
