Correct. They can use more fentanyl and call it heroin. I would imagine their measurements aren't that precise per batch. Also, there is no guarantee that 2 baggies from the same distributor are going to be cut exactly the same. Eventually, if you use enough of this crap, you will OD.

Nobody is seeking out acrylfentanyl. They're seeking heroin. And most of the time they're seeking heroin only as a cheaper and more available alternative to the pain pills they've become addicted to, which is sometimes their fault, sometimes not as much.
I don't want to pay for this problem either but there's a lot of action we're taking on the issue we could stop paying for that is actually making it worse.
