sounds like a perfect case study. instead of donating hundreds of millions to BLM why don't we pay these guys to police Chicago for a year and see what happens.

The population of their entire country is smaller than quite a few US cities. And they have a low poverty rate.

Population of 5.3mil. Single parent households: 284,555 (so hard to get an exact percentage, but it’s not that many).

American police have killed a little more than 10k in that same time line and we have unsecured borders, high incarceration rates and a population of over 330mil.
