There is a solid path to this, we could follow it:
1) Have everyone look alike
2) Have everyone believe similarly/worship (or not) similarly, and pull in the same direction
3) Make sure we're not innovative or significant to the world's progress in any way; avoid any position of leadership
4) Don't do anything to help the rest of the world, have no significant humanitarian, religious or business influence
Do those things and we can be like Norway
