Considering the article you linked says "The 17-year-old was booked into the Juvenile Justice Center" and "juvenile in possession of a firearm" it's a pretty safe to infer that he also was a juvenile.

Damn, just the things he was already wanted for before these new charges. That's fricking crazy. I did crazy shite when I was 17, but Lawd this dude is on another level.

Gotta keep it real though, that's how the hood raises them. And since he's being charged as a juvenile, he'll be right back out probably in just a couple of years.

Honestly, they should send this guy to a troubled youth type program if they're going to go forward with prosecuting him as a juvenile. I'm not sure he'll make it even if he were to go through something like that, but the way he's going now, he has no chance in hell in life.

Any juvenile that knowingly commits a felony should be charged as an adult. If the leftists have decided that a child can pick their gender then they should also be capable of refraining from committing crimes.

Soros' backed D.A. has been on record, numerous times, as saying he would never prosecute a juvenile regardless of "how heinous a crime was committed". Let him walk.
