His market isn't going to be swayed by these statements. He makes these comments while trying to run a restaurant in Mandeville it probably would hurt him more.

More and more it makes no sense that people who think America is pretty good, care about the concept of family and religion in society, etc. share the same country with people who disagree and loathe those things.
There are bad apples on both sides, but one side has elevated self-loathing, misery and finding problems in everything to a religion. It's time for a split.
