Although you and I likely don’t hold the same political beliefs and we almost certainly have contrasting morals, I can’t imagine celebrating publicly if you were to tragically die.

And the other half of that - If the wait staff isn’t getting high tips, they aren’t staying around to work there.
This isn’t carhops at Sonic. The kinds of wait staff working these high end restaurants getting big tips could easily find a better spot at Dickie Brennan’s or elsewhere if they aren’t getting quality tips because of fatass’ Boca running.

I would encourage you to put out some numbers on what you think a server is making on one of these shifts at a place like LB or HH. Maybe just throw out checks/hr and average check amount.

Don't bother he's trolling. This issue has nothing to do with politics, well only to the extent that Restaurant man decided to make it about politics with his disgusting remarks. Its a morals issue. I've heard some people I Know in Nola also saying how "dismissive he was of Covid" which isn't even true. People like that are going to say what they say and its almost always going to be negative, half-cocked, and premised on some untrue political interpretation of an event/person. Best just to ignore people like that.

An employee has to at least make minimum wage. I use Paychex and they will automatically do it if that situation arises. I cannot think of a time it has.

Exactly. Nobody working at one of Adolfo's places is going to come close to not making minimum wage even if half of the tables on their shift stiff them.

You're hurting the waitress far more than the owner. Minimum wage is a joke anyway. Especially at a high end place.
If you're too much of a snowflake to handle the owner being an idiot, just dont eat there period.
